• All sessions listed are 45minutes duration except Sunday Long Runs which vary depending on your distance

Group Session Timetable

  • Aimed at those new to running, returning from an injury or break, post partum runners or those looking to add a recovery run into their program. Walkers, joggers and shufflers - all welcome.

  • A fun group workout session - with a variety of exercises and suited to all fitness levels. Workouts may include bodyweight exercises, running or equipment based exercises.

MONDAY

TUESDAY

  • A solid running session with varying workout types that can include sprints, intervals, fartlek, hills and pace running. A perfect session to build cardio fitness up, gain speed and gain that runners high amazing feeling whilst burning calories!

  • A solid running session with varying workout types that can include sprints, intervals, fartlek, hills and pace running. A perfect session to build cardio fitness up, gain speed and gain that runners high amazing feeling whilst burning calories!

  • A fun group workout session - with a variety of exercises and suited to all fitness levels. Workouts may include bodyweight exercises, running or equipment based exercises.

  • A strength and stretching based session. This is a lower intensity workout aimed to assist with recovery, whilst improving flexibility and core strength and leg power.

  • A fun small group weights focussed session - with a variety of exercises and suited to all fitness levels. Workouts mainly focus on weights but may include bodyweight exercises, running or equipment based exercises. Numbers are limited due to spacing.

WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY

  • We encourage all RAB Community to stay active on their rest day Fridays. Low impact activities including walking or swimming and maintaining incidental exercise levels are recommended.

FRIDAY

  • A fun group workout session - with a variety of exercises and suited to all fitness levels. Workouts may include bodyweight exercises, running or equipment based exercises.

SATURDAY

  • This is a self-paced long run with varying distances to choose from and different routes each week. Courses are mapped out and shared Saturday to Sunday attendees. Join us for breakfast and coffee after the run!
