All Run About Bendigo (RAB) sessions are run by qualified personal trainer and Level 2 Recreational Running Coach - Peter King.

  • Personalised Small Group Training - group of friends or family can train in your own timeslot with Pete and tailored to your needs. Small group training is great for keeping yourselves accountable, motivated and on track. Take the stress out of working out - just turn up and Pete will take care of the rest.

  • Sporting Club Fitness Training - get the team cardio ready and strengthened with a qualified trainer. Eg Football / Netball / Soccer pre-season training. Great sessions tailored from junior right through to senior levels.

  • Corporate sessions - tailored to your organisational needs and great for igniting staff culture, improving physical health and boosting mental wellbeing. We can offer a variety of sessions for example strength-based workouts, low impact stretching, lunchtime core burner or get your corporate group run ready for an upcoming fun run or goal event with dedicated run sessions!

  • Run About Bendigo offers tailored sessions for all fitness levels and abilities from the very fresh beginner learning the ropes to regular runners or gymgoers needing new challenges to take on. Pete is a supportive trainer offering regressions and alternatives for different levels and catering to any injuries, niggle soreness or recovery. The individual approach within a group setting ensures everyone is comfortable and will get a suitable workout.

  • Contact Pete - options are very flexible and there are no lock in contracts. We encourage everyone to just start with a small commitment that is sustainable and you can build from there.

  • Don’t let the name fool you - Run About Bendigo offers more than just running and we can tailor your sessions to include more of a focus on other fitness workouts like core, strength, flexibility and mobility and minimal running. If you want to challenge your group mindset to take up running - Pete has many ways to actually uncover the joy of running no matter where you are beginning.

  • Yes we will still offer your sessions in the rain, wind or sunshine. And on the flipside you’ll get to experience some of the best sunrise and sunsets in Bendigo. You can’t control the weather so we don’t let it control our training routine and group sessions are a great way to stay accountable. Personal Training is available in an indoor gym set up.
